All Catering menus are customized to fit the client needs and therefore pricing may fluctuate depending on the market price for certain items. All sales including pop ups, events, and catering are final.
Our Catering Policy is reinforced as the following: Please read and confirm with the Chef/Owner that you understand.
1. Booking and Reservations:
- To secure your desired date, a minimum notice of 14 days is required for all bookings.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required at the time of booking.
2. Menu Options:
- Our menu features a variety of traditional Caribbean dishes, including Jerk Chicken, Oxtail, Griot, Fried or Steamed Snapper, and Fried Turkey.
- Customization options are available to accommodate. Please inform us of any allergies or special requests at least one week prior to the event.
3. Pricing:
- Pricing is based on a per-person rate, which varies depending on the menu selected. A minimum guest count of 20 is required for catering events.
- Additional fees may apply for travel beyond a 25-mile radius from our base location.
4. Service Duration:
- Our standard service time is 3 hours, including setup and breakdown. Extended service times can be arranged for an additional fee.
5. Staffing:
- Our catering package includes trained staff for cooking and serving. Additional staff can be provided at an extra cost, depending on the size of the event.
6. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the event for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will forfeit the deposit.
7. Health and Safety:
- We comply with all local health regulations and hold the necessary permits and licenses to operate as a food vendor.
8. Payment Terms:
- The final payment is due 7 days before the event. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
9. Liability and Insurance:
- Our food truck is fully insured. Clients are required to sign a liability waiver before the event, acknowledging that we are not responsible for any injuries or damages during the catering service.
10. Customer Responsibilities:
- Clients must provide access to a flat, level surface for the food truck and may need to arrange for electrical outlets if required. We ask that you ensure there’s sufficient space for our truck and guests
